Electrostatic powder coating guns paint small powder

1. Check if the powder pump and powder pipe are blocked

   Some times the powder Storing for too long causes the powder to become damp，so when the gun spray ,the powder mayby will black inside the powder transfor hose or the powder tubes inside the guns.Please use the air gun to blow the powder hose,spray nozzles,and all the gun body to remove the wast powder.

2. Check the powder adsorption condition

    Please check if the powder can attach on the object well, if it can not adsorb well then please check the machine grounding condiction,if there is the earthing wire on metal part object and if the powder is dry.

3. Check the black and red air hose is working well.

    Please check the red colour hose for conveying air and black colour hose for supplementary. If they are broken or blocked,the air can not pass smoothly,then the powder also can not run norformly.

4. Check the fluidizing condition inside the powder hoppers.

    Please open the lid on the hopper and check if the powder is fluidzing when it connect to the air hose. If powder is not fluidizing and they can not pick up well to the powder transfer hose. If the fludizing is not good,please check if it need change the fluidizing plate or need adjust the air from the compressor
