3.Powder materials and compressed air management: Powder coatings should be stored in a dry environment to prevent moisture absorption and agglomeration, and the particle size distribution and impurity content should be regularly checked; Compressed air needs to undergo effective oil and water removal treatment to avoid bubbles or shrinkage defects; Thoroughly clean the spray gun and powder tube when changing colors to prevent color contamination; Before spraying, observe the powder distribution to ensure good atomization effect.

4.Equipment maintenance and environmental cleaning: Regularly check the fluidization effect of the powder supply system, clean up powder accumulation in the spray gun, and prevent gun blockage; The spraying workshop needs to be kept clean, implementing 6S management, regularly cleaning equipment and curing furnaces to prevent particle pollution; The design of hangers should reduce contact points, ensure good grounding, and avoid coating defects.
