2. Cleaning floating powder: Regularly using a high pressure air spray gun to blow the floating powder inside and outside the powder pump body with compressed air. For powder that is difficult to remove inside the casing, soak it in alcohol to soften it, and then clean it with a brush or soft cloth.

3.Avoid damage: rough tools (such as metal wires or rough wooden sticks) should be avoided during cleaning to prevent scratching the inner surface of the sleeve; It is recommended to use a smooth wooden stick or rubber stick to gently remove powder and dirt.

4.Wear inspection: Regularly check the wear of the powder pump and powder injectors. If severe wear is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure stable powder spraying parameters.

5.Regular deep maintenance: Disassemble the Venturi sleeve ,nozzles and other components weekly or according to production frequency, thoroughly clean the accumulated powder, and check the components for neutrality and airtightness.
